📋 Description

• Safety: Promote zero incidents; follow EHS requirements.
• People: Deploy team, train, 1:1s, performance reviews, attendance approvals.
• Operational: Develop weekly goals and schedules; coordinate shift activities.
• Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance; perform line clearance and checks.
• Performance: Manage changeovers, cycle time, and throughput; support process improvements.
• Development: Encourage growth and development plans for staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; science/engineering preferred.
• 2+ years supervising experience; regulated pharma experience preferred.
• MS Office; SAP; familiarity with industrial automation (PLC).
• Safety, quality systems, and cGMP knowledge required.
• Aseptic experience preferred where applicable.
