📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate safe operations on B2 Shift (6pm-6:30am) per schedule
• Ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and cost performance
• Coordinate weekly goals and production schedules
• Promote a culture of safety and high performance
• Manage shift handovers and resource deployment
• Drive process improvements and waste management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; sciences/engineering preferred
• 2+ years supervising or leading a functional team
• Experience in regulated pharma; SAP and MS Office
• Industrial automation exposure; GMP knowledge
• Aseptic experience helpful
