Manufacturing Technician, Mechanical Assemblies (Second Shift)

📋 Description

• Manufacture and assemble flight hardware for Haven-1 and beyond
• Work second shift: 2:00pm to 10:30pm, full-time, non-exempt
• Use drilling, fastening, bonding, and other processes for subassembly work
• Follow procedures, specifications, and test instructions
• Collaborate with engineers and quality personnel to improve work instructions
• Ensure production services are on time, safe, and professional

🎯 Requirements

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Verbal and written communication with engineering and production teams
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed work instructions
• Precision drilling experience (± .001)
