Manufacturing Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Own NPI and sustaining test readiness; drive end-to-end test strategy for hardware variants.
• Lead debug and yield optimization; triage failures across hardware, firmware, and test infra.
• Scale test architecture and DFM; deploy reusable automation and shared platforms.
• Coordinate with CM partners and internal teams to close readiness gaps and protect shipments.
• Location: Bangalore-based in-office role.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in hardware systems engineering, test deployment, or high-volume electronics.
• Proficient in manufacturing test software/diagnostics; strong Python coding.
• Strong debugging for hardware-software interactions and test platforms.
• Technical leadership; influence stakeholders and manage CM partners.
