📋 Description

• Lead enterprise portfolio integration for OSA and PIE initiatives
• Coordinate across development, medical, regulatory, commercial, market access, and operations
• Develop integrated program plans with milestones and governance
• Drive execution excellence and risk management across global programs
• Translate strategy into actionable plans and align priorities
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across geographies

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate + 5 years, or Master’s + 8 years, or Bachelor’s + 10 years in biopharma or life sciences
• Proven experience leading cross-functional programs through major milestones
• Strong strategic execution, operational leadership, and PM skills
• Ability to solve complex problems with structured analysis and stakeholder mgmt
• Excellent communication and senior leadership materials prep
• Ability to influence without authority in a global, fast-moving environment
