Market Development Account Advisor (Remote)

📋 Description

• Build consultative relationships with customers on the Altitude platform.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Solutions Engineering, Product Development, Marketing, and BD
• Promote platform adoption by creating measurable goals aligned with customer objectives.
• Demonstrate platform features, architecture, configurations, integrations, and custom workflows.
• Onboard and train Altitude customers and partners.
• Audit and refine documentation; develop modular learning paths to support onboarding and ongoing

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles with enterprise clients.
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other CRM platforms.
• Ability to travel up to 25%; passport required.
• 3-5 years in a technical/engineering context with SaaS, GIS, and enterprise software knowledge.
• Extensive experience with APIs, reporting, and data analysis; ability to troubleshoot.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present to both technical and non-technical
