📋 Description

• Develop regional growth strategies across European markets.
• Build relationships with Certification Bodies, retailers, manufacturers and strategic partners to
• Identify new commercial opportunities while protecting existing market share.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insight to shape regional priorities.
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline, forecast opportunities, and achieve growth targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Commercial teams to feed customer feedback into products

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in business development, market development or commercial growth across multiple
• Track record of revenue growth in a B2B services environment.
• Experience in certification, assurance, compliance, food safety, testing, inspection or related
• Strong relationship-building with senior leaders, partners and large customers.
• Ability to manage pipelines, forecast and meet revenue targets.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus.
