Market Manager - International Clusters (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• You develop and execute strategic plans across international clusters with pricing and ops
• You oversee Profit & Loss across markets and track KPIs with reports
• You monitor ride fulfilment across markets ensuring compliance and documentation
• You build relationships with Transportation Service Providers (TSPs) and onboard partners
• You collaborate with Pricing, Sales, Support, and Marketing to drive customer success
• You resolve complaints and support promotions and campaigns for premium service

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in market management, sales, or business development in transport
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proficient with data analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English; German/Spanish/Portuguese/Mandarin/Arabic is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel and work across time zones
