Market Research Executive

📋 Description

• Identify ICP-fit accounts and contacts across industries and geographies.
• Build and maintain outbound databases with campaign-ready contacts.
• Source and enrich data using Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn Navigator.
• Design and optimize data enrichment and automation workflows.
• Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot: data validation and deduplication.
• Segment accounts by ICP criteria and assign to SDRs/AEs.

🎯 Requirements

• 1.5–3 years in market research or outbound data roles.
• Hands-on with outbound/enrichment tools: Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Navigator.
• HubSpot CRM skills: data management, hygiene, deduplication.
• Familiar with data enrichment workflows, lead sourcing, outbound prospecting.
• Basic automation, APIs, or scripting (e.g., JavaScript).
• High attention to detail with data accuracy and governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving with a process mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with Sales, SDR, and Growth teams.
