📋 Description

• Build and maintain outbound lists and enrichment with Clay
• Launch, manage, and optimize cold emails in Instantly
• Own inbox health, deliverability, warm-up, and categorization
• Sync replies and lifecycle stages into HubSpot
• Continuously test messaging by segment, persona, and intent
• Lifecycle and marketing email for B2B + B2C

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years hands-on outbound, lifecycle marketing, or RevOps roles
• Direct experience executing email and CRM campaigns
• Experience supporting both B2B and B2C audiences
• Strong deliverability, segmentation, and channel tradeoffs
• Clear written communicator with bias toward execution
• Comfortable operating with high-level direction in a fast-moving environment
