🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in Marketing or related field.
4-6+ years of marketing experience.
Pharma or CPG marketing background preferred.
Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in core marketing capabilities (creative development, value prop, positioning
