Marketing Measurement Specialist

📋 Description

• Partner with MSMs across the cMMM journey to translate results into planning improvements.
• Ensure model integrity and update cadence for v1 inputs/outputs.
• Own escalations and support complex client questions on MMM projects.
• Deliver high-quality, on-time models to grow accounts and meet SLAs.
• Help define playbooks and documentation for repeatable cMMM motions.
• Bridge manual analysis with automated AI workflows to scale work.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years direct MMM experience and familiarity with incrementality testing.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role; ability to translate models into decisions.
• Comfort in ambiguous, early-stage environments and cross-team collaboration.
• Strong buy-in to the Causal MMM vision and ability to communicate blockers and solutions.
• Experience shaping client engagements and feedback to product/engineering teams.
