📋 Description

Design, build, and maintain AI-driven automations across marketing tech to streamline workflows
Collaborate with regional marketing teams, operations, and analytics to identify automation
Translate marketing needs into automated, scalable solutions using Workato and related tools
Ensure data integrity and alignment across IT, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering
Monitor and optimize existing integrations for reliability and performance
Document automation playbooks and best practices

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in marketing operations, Martech, or process automation roles
Experience with Workato (or similar) and connectors for Marketo, Iterable, Salesforce, Hubspot
Experience with AI orchestration frameworks and MCPs
Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
Comfort with APIs, data mappings, and system schemas
Strong communication and documentation skills; able to partner with technical and non-technical
