📋 Description

• Build AI-powered marketing systems to automate workflows.
• Embed across Growth Marketing, CRM, Creative, Influencer Marketing.
• Identify bottlenecks and design scalable processes.
• Own the marketing operating rhythm: briefs, planning, reviews, reporting.
• Drive end-to-end ownership from diagnosis to implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Marketing Operations, CRM Operations, Growth Operations, Brand Operations, or similar roles.
• Strong marketing strategy and execution.
• Hands-on automation with no-code tools (n8n, Make, Zapier).
• Experience with Claude Code or other AI-powered development tools.
• Process design, workflow optimization, and operational excellence.
• Ability to prioritize initiatives and execute end-to-end.
