Marketing Operations Senior Associate

📋 Description

• Execute reactive, time-sensitive campaigns across Promo Ops and CRM Ops during evenings and weekends
• Deploy and QA CRM campaigns and triage customer-facing issues, escalate to on-call when needed
• Perform cross-functional promo/CRM duties; support day-to-day operations across both areas

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or related field
• Working knowledge of promotional mechanics and CRM campaigns
• Comfortable working during evening hours and under time pressure
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and systems (e.g., Braze, Xtremepush, Movable Ink)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document status updates clearly
• Ability to obtain/maintain licenses/certifications (as needed)
