Marketing Operations Senior Associate

📋 Description

• Execute reactive, time-sensitive campaigns across Promo Ops and CRM Ops during scheduled hours
• Deploy and QA CRM campaigns, and perform first-line triage on customer-facing issues with
• Collaborate across Promo Ops and CRM Ops; grow into deeper cross-training over time.
• Prepare and maintain handoffs and status updates to ensure continuity with daytime teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, customer support, or a related
• Working knowledge of promotional mechanics and CRM campaigns.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and systems (e.g., Braze, Xtremepush, Movable Ink).
• Strong written communication and ability to document processes clearly.
• Comfort handling evening hours and time-zone flexibility; able to stay calm under time pressure.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses/certifications.
