Marketing Operations Senior Associate

📋 Description

• Execute reactive, time-sensitive campaigns across Promo Ops and CRM Ops during scheduled hours
• Deploy and QA CRM campaigns and triage customer-facing issues on-call as needed.
• Collaborate across Promotion Operations and CRM Operations for cross-training coverage.
• Assist with promotional setups and ensure 99%+ accuracy standards.
• Provide escalation documentation and smooth handoffs to daytime teams when required.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in marketing operations, campaign execution, or related field.
• Experience with live promotions, CRM campaigns, and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to triage issues, follow protocols, and escalate when appropriate.
• Strong documentation, status updates, and handoff practices.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Braze, Xtremepush, Movable
• Sports betting knowledge or strong interest preferred.
