📋 Description

• Partner with data insights to analyze programs and customer journeys
• Manage end-to-end first-party event email marketing
• Support leads flow from events into marketing automation
• Own project management tooling for the Strategic Events team
• Support event tools like registration platforms and on-site tools
• Handle day-to-day operational tasks to keep events running

🎯 Requirements

• Project management or marketing operations experience
• Experience with event registration systems (e.g., Cvent)
• Data-driven with reporting to peers and leadership
• Experience creating promotional emails from brief to delivery
• Salesforce campaign management experience (hierarchies, statuses, lead routing)
• Experience with Salesforce, Sigma, Tableau; Jira or Wrike; Google Suite
