Marketplace Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day health of Mirantis Webstore, AWS Marketplace, and Azure Marketplace listings
• Coordinate product onboarding, updates, deprecations across channels
• Manage private offer workflows end-to-end: initiation, approval, fulfillment, handoff
• Liaise with AWS/Azure partner teams on listing certification and requirements
• Maintain project tracker across eCommerce initiatives; run sprint planning and standups
• Drive automation with AI tooling to optimize repetitive workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in business analysis or project coordination for digital commerce/SaaS/cloud channels
• Hands-on with AWS Marketplace or Azure Marketplace
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Experience with BI/data warehousing tools (Looker, Tableau, Snowflake)
• Strong written communication; able to produce SOPs and BRDs
• Comfort in fully remote async environment across time zones
