Own day-to-day NitraMart operations
Manage marketplace workflows across orders, vendors, products, fulfillment, and customer issues
Identify operational problems and drive them through resolution quickly
Deliver a great marketplace experience with cross-functional collaboration
Monitor marketplace performance and identify opportunities to improve utilization and reliability
Turn data into action with KPIs tracking and reporting

🎯 Requirements

2–4 years in marketplace operations or similar
Strong analytical skills, comfort with data and spreadsheets; SQL a plus
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple streams
High ownership and urgency in a fast-moving startup
Builder mindset with problem-solving and execution
Cross-functional communication skills; experience in B2B marketplaces or healthcare a plus
