Materials Technician, Glue Factory (Starship) - 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Fabricate silicone adhesives, paints, and ablatives for vehicle assemblies.
• Preprocess and manufacture polymer resins, chemicals, and powders.
• Pack finished polymer goods in final packaging steps.
• Perform product inspection, acceptance testing, and rework as required.
• Read and interpret engineering process specs, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of production machinery.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 2+ years experience in composite fabrication, bonding, or chemical processes.
• Experience with various hand tools or hand-held power tools.
• 3+ years experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• Experience with processing equipment such as ovens, mixers, reactors, and distillation columns.
• Experience operating and maintaining mechanical components such as vacuum pumps and motors.
