PhD in Materials Science & Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field.
5+ years of professional materials experience (selection, failure analysis, testing, etc.).
Strong technical writing and communication skills.
Proven ability to analyze complex scenarios and develop defensible solutions.
Experience with AI model evaluation or engineering education is a plus.
