Maternal Mental Health Therapist

📋 Description

• Provide individual and group therapy for perinatal clients using evidence-based approaches.
• Maintain a clinical caseload of 25-35 clients, with program needs and admin time in mind.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
• Support screening, intake, and assessment for timely access to care.
• Collaborate with psychiatry and other disciplines for coordinated care.
• Provide crisis management and stabilization as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist
• Minimum of two years post-license experience in behavioral health, IOP or PHP
• PMH-C certification preferred; significant postpartum mental health experience acceptable
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency with EHR, Zoom, Google Suite, Dayforce
