Master’s or PhD in Mathematics or closely related field
Strong research/industry experience in mathematical modeling and proof-based reasoning
Strong Python skills; numpy, scipy, pandas or similar
Solid grasp of algorithms, numerical methods, and computation
Ability to design original, difficult math problems
Excellent attention to detail and technical English writing
