Mechanical Designer (HVAC)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and activate advanced manufacturing facilities.
• Subject matter expert on HVAC, compressed air, piping, dust collection and fluid systems at HQ.
• Design, analyze, test, and manufacture fluid system components.
• Collaborate with construction engineers, architects, and internal customers to support space
• Ensure designs are manufacturable and transition to reliable manufacturing processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• 1+ years of experience with fluids components such as valves, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers
• Hands-on experience with HVAC and air ducting is a plus.
• NX or CAD with GD&T per ASME Y14.5; tolerance stack-up analysis.
• Experience with structural analysis for strength and life evaluation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
