Mechanical Engineer I, Systems Integration (R5344)

📋 Description

• Design mechanical components and assemblies for aircraft systems.
• Develop installation layouts and subsystem packaging.
• Design routing paths for EWIS, hydraulic, fuel, pneumatic, and ECS systems.
• Create engineering drawings and documentation.
• Support CAD modeling and product structure development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on aircraft integration.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 0-2 years designing and integrating mechanical systems for aerospace or related fields.
• Proficiency creating 3D CAD models using NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design fundamentals and manufacturability considerations.
• Familiarity with GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and DFMEA/ DFA principles.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, BOMs, and interface with modules and subsystems.
