Mechanical Equipment Technician III

📋 Description

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair and improve process and facility equipment on a 24/7 basis.
• Provide technical support for design, installation, and qualification of new or modified equipment.
• Perform preventive and demand maintenance on structural, HVAC, plumbing, and process equipment.
• Support reliability-centered maintenance with predictive maintenance activities (vibration, oil
• Ensure GMP/PSM compliance and document activities for regulatory alignment.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including off-shift support.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in manufacturing facility maintenance; experience with chemical process equipment
• Associates degree in skilled trades desirable; combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and collaborate with operators, engineers and vendors.
• Must respond to emergency maintenance requests on off-shifts.
