Mechanical Estimator / Pre-Construction Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Perform quantity takeoffs for commercial mech systems (ductwork, piping).
• Prepare material estimates using pricing templates and Excel tools.
• Assist bid prep, proposals, and pre-construction planning.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, specs reviews, and code revisions.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing and quotes.
• Review project plans, specs, and docs to identify scope and risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Eng or Construction Management (preferred).
• 2–3 years estimating US commercial mechanical projects.
• Strong HVAC, ductwork, piping, and mechanical methods.
• Experience digital quantity takeoffs from drawings.
• Proficiency with Excel and estimating templates; Procore experience.
• Excellent English communication; able to work US Eastern Time hours.
