📋 Description

  • Lead design/integration of factory-level mechanical and cooling architectures for scalable
  • Design air- and water-cooled chiller plants, dry coolers, heat-rejection systems, and hydronic
  • Define cooling performance, redundancy (N, N+1, 2N), efficiency, and reliability targets.
  • Architect rack-, row-, and facility-level liquid-cooling systems (CDUs, manifolds, heat exchangers).
  • Coordinate mechanical/thermal integration with electrical, controls, and operations teams.
  • Review/approve mechanical designs, CAD models, BOMs, and system specs.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Systems Engineering; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years in mechanical system integration with relevant industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, data-center infrastructure, and liquid-cooling technologies
  • Experience with standards (ASME, ISO, building codes, pressure vessels).
  • Experience with CAD, BOMs, thermal/hydraulic analysis, testing, and validation.
  • Design-for-manufacturability/assembly for large piping/cooling hardware.
