📋 Description

• Lead and grow the Mechanical Engineering organization
• Own execution across multiple spacecraft mechanical development efforts
• Balance schedule, cost, manufacturability, and technical risk
• Lead engineering design reviews and critical decisions
• Coordinate across multiple spacecraft programs and teams
• Drive ownership, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of mechanical engineering experience in aerospace or complex hardware
• 3–5+ years leading engineering teams
• Strong CAD and GD&T fundamentals
• Extensive spacecraft/aerospace structural/mechanical design experience
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering efforts
• Experience hiring and developing engineering talent
