Media Production Specialist

📋 Description

• Cinematography: camera operator across video productions, brand films, documentaries, interviews
• Light Sets: design and execute lighting, approximation as gaffer/DoP on larger sets.
• Pre-Production: contribute shot lists, lighting diagrams, storyboarding, and location scouting.
• Solo Operation: run-and-gun productions solo or with small crews, managing camera, audio, and
• Capture Photography: shoot product, hardware, portraits, and events when needed.
• Maintain Equipment: care and prep of camera and lighting gear for all productions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as cinematographer, camera operator, or DoP in commercial, documentary, or brand content.
• Proficiency with ARRI, RED, Sony FX/Venice, Blackmagic cameras; strong exposure, color science
• Experience designing and executing lighting for solo and crewed productions with varying resources.
• Ability to operate solo or with a crew while maintaining quality.
• Strong eye for composition and storytelling; portfolio showing range.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

🎁 Benefits

• Pay Range: California: $110,000 - $174,000 USD
• Full compensation package with benefits; equity for full-time roles; health, PTO, and extra perks
• Travel up to 10% may be required for some shoots.
