Media Sales Manager

📋 Description

• Drive media sales and advertising across formats — OOH, digital, print, radio
• Onboard brands and advertisers onto the BXI platform as media barter clients
• Pitch consultative barter solutions aligned to brand objectives
• Build relationships with brand managers, media planners, and agency partners
• Generate leads, build pipeline, and close deals to meet targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for deal structuring and execution

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in media sales, advertising sales, or OOH advertising
• Proven ability to pitch and close advertising/media deals
• Understanding of media ecosystem: agencies, brands, planners
• Target-oriented with strong follow-through and closing instincts
• Excellent communication and relationship management
• Energetic, persuasive, and self-driven
