• Hybrid role requiring commute to FreedomCare hubs/office locations (PA). Regular travel to main
• Facilitate Medicaid eligibility enrollment and renewal processes to expedite client approval for
• Maintain active Medicaid status through recertification and spend-down obligations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate record-keeping in Salesforce and related systems.
• Collaborate with care teams, health plans, and government agencies to resolve eligibility issues.
• Provide client education and guidance on Medicaid programs and benefits.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Medicaid, healthcare, or social services.
• Experience in client support, case management, or benefits coordination.
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania Medicaid eligibility and applications.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to analyze complex information.
• Proficient in case management software and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with diverse populations.
