📋 Description

• Deliver excellent patient experience in clinics while driving study execution
• Ensure patient visits align with clinical trial protocols
• Coordinate patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention activities
• Guide patients through trials and ensure required visits are completed
• Enter clinical data accurately into required systems
• Maintain clear communication with sponsors/clients and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in fast-paced healthcare environment
• Active RMA, CCMA, CMA, LPN, or RN certificate
• On-site Monday-Friday position
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
• Strong KPI/metrics mindset and organized, proactive problem-solving
