• Own clinical protocols for virtual on-demand, urgent, and convenience care.
• Translate protocols into workflows for tech platforms across programs.
• Lead QA with AI-enabled approaches to scale care quality.
• Analyze QA findings and provide actionable feedback.
• Develop tracking for patient and clinical outcomes across virtual care.
• Use data dashboards and cohorts to guide improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited school.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine; primary care
• Substantial clinical practice, virtual care/telemedicine experience.
• Clinical leadership in telehealth or high-volume virtual care.
• Hands-on QA program building/auditing experience.
• Experience authoring and maintaining clinical protocols.
