📋 Description

• Lead regional medical affairs planning and execution for assigned products, aligning Global
• Interface with Global Medical/Clin Dev/Global PV and others per Line Manager guidance
• Advise country MSMs on medical plan execution and regional alignment, coordinating with regional
• Partner with country managers and external partners to drive planning, budget and operations at
• Participate in internal project teams; support staff rotations or absences as advised
• Lead KOL engagement mapping, planning and execution with CRM maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree level education in a medical-science background or related discipline
• Demonstrated therapeutic competency and scientific excellence
• Experience in pre-launch and launch activities and strong KOL engagement
• Multi-stakeholder project management, leadership and budget delivery
• Knowledge of health system, regulatory and compliance environment
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills; willingness to travel ~30%
