Support the Clinic Nurse to ensure prescriptions are delivered timely
Update participant info in systems and provide medication packaging, delivery, and refill guidance
Coordinate medication delivery from pharmacies or center
Manage orders/changes for participants in various care settings

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
Experience as medication/medical assistant or pharmacy technician preferred
Two years of clinical experience with frail or elderly population preferred
