On-site hospitality role based in Los Angeles, CA (5 days/week)
Manage member experience, events, and programming to deliver exceptional days at work
Identify member needs and provide consultative, solutions-focused support
Represent Industrious in the local market and build relationships with potential members
Coordinate communications and logistics to ensure smooth operations
Partner with broader team to create engaging experiences for members

🎯 Requirements

Ability to perform repetitive tasks with physical activity up to 25 lbs
Stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods
Operate common equipment (printers, dishwashers, etc.)
Assist in food prep and cleaning per health and safety rules
Maintain sanitary work areas and follow safety protocols
