Member of Engineering (Data & Analytics)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate data and analytics systems for model workflows.
• Own lifecycle of experiment data: modeling, ingestion, retrieval, analysis, retention.
• Develop high-performance data infrastructure for scale, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with research teams to translate data needs into technical solutions.
• Build and maintain distributed systems, data pipelines, and analytics platforms.
• Drive greenfield projects and scale existing systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or similar languages.
• Proven experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems at scale.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts, including queues, streams, and data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and production observability systems.
• Ability to independently lead complex technical initiatives while collaborating across teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and reliable engineering solutions.
