🎯 Requirements

• Backend & Systems Engineering: typed languages (Go or Rust) with Python for automation/AI logic.
• Distributed systems fundamentals; microservice architecture, concurrency, retries.
• Kubernetes and containerization; Linux/Unix debugging; SQL or analytics engines.
• Experience with AI workflows, LLM APIs, and retrieval systems (RAG).
• Strong emphasis on production-grade, debuggable services and tooling.
