Member of Technical Staff (Data Engineering)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate the cloud data platform for Solstice's media products.
• Ingest daily event and delivery logs from DSPs, publishers, and client systems.
• Build durable mappings across identifiers, campaigns, audiences, assets, and creative elements.
• Handle hard cases in third-party data: de-aggregation, duplicates, late-arriving data, schema drift.
• Create canonical data models linking attributes to outcomes and signals.
• Build reliable pipelines with lineage, data-quality checks, and alerting.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Python and SQL, with experience building and operating production data systems.
• Deep experience with ETL or ELT pipelines, data modeling, workflow orchestration, and a modern
• Experience ingesting messy third-party data and reconciling records across systems with
• Strong instincts for data correctness: validation, lineage, observability, backfills
• Experience designing systems that are reliable under growing volume, changing partner contracts
