Design and build RL environments, evaluations, and datasets for frontier model capability
Develop internal platforms to run hundreds of thousands of tasks at scale
Collaborate with researchers and engineers to align datasets with model roadmaps
Make quality measurable with grading harnesses, metrics, and checks
Prototype quickly and harden into production systems
Contribute back to open source projects to accelerate the community

🎯 Requirements

Strong generalist engineer with appetite for ill-defined AI problems
Practical experience with agents, evaluations, or RL workflows
Strong technical background and written communication
Nice to have: CV or multimodal models, AI lab collaboration experience
