📋 Description

• Staff Engineer for Linux kernel, VMware initiator, FC and NIC drivers.
• Maintain Linux kernels for testing; document supported configurations.
• Evaluate Linux initiator behavior; optimize for FlashArray; upstream fixes.
• Maintain FC SCSI (FCP) target driver; updates for new hardware.
• Resolve FC bugs; boost FC stack resilience and multipathing.
• NVMe initiator focus (ROCE, FC, TCP/IP); VMware compatibility docs.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Linux kernel/device driver experience; storage/network drivers preferred
• 7+ years development; 10+ typically
• C/C++ with Python
• Linux storage drivers (FC, NVMe, ROCE, SCSI, multipath)
• Performance analysis/optimization for storage systems or protocols
• Debug difficult protocol/kernel/system issues
• Design/implement components in storage protocol stacks
• PCIe Gen4/Gen5, HBA, DMA bottlenecks; mentor engineers
