• 18+ years in high-performance networking product development.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in CS, CE, or Electrical Engineering.
• Networking stack expertise; IPv4/IPv6, API design, distributed systems.
• Hardware and kernel proficiency; Broadcom SDK, switch silicon, Linux kernel or drivers.
• Core engineering skills in problem solving, debugging, and coding.
• Soft skills and ability to collaborate in a globally distributed team.
