📋 Description

• Design and deliver Graph Platform components end to end.
• Improve reliability, latency, performance, and operational readiness of data systems and pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement durable fixes.
• Build with metrics, alerts, runbooks, tests, and rollback plans for safe production changes.
• Own on-call and production responsibility for your area.
• Collaborate with product, SRE, and other teams to shape platform direction.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in software engineering with ownership of production components.
• 3+ years building/deploying/operating a significant backend or data component.
• Ability to navigate moderate ambiguity and make design trade-offs.
• Strong engineering habits: tests, metrics, alerts, rollback plans, production debugging.
• Hands-on experience with high-throughput data systems or asynchronous pipelines; beneficial
• AI-native working style; mentoring and collaboration skills.
