• Own Platform Reliability & Lifecycle: device discovery, health monitoring, firmware rollout.
• Architect Qualification Pipelines: automate validation with CI/CD for firmware.
• Lead cross-functional triage across hardware, firmware, and control planes.
• Drive Observability & Automation: improve safety rails and test pipelines.
• Collaborate with firmware, hardware, and performance squads on warm storage innovations.

🎯 Requirements

• Systems engineering or storage architecture background.
• Linux environments, storage controllers, or firmware-adjacent software experience.
• Advanced debugging across OS, logs, and hardware/software interfaces.
• Strong scripting/programming: Python, Go, or C/C++.
• Automation, CI/CD, and tooling proficiency.
• Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration.
