📋 Description

• Develop programs to remediate behavioral and social problems for adults.
• Design and monitor systems for people with challenging behaviors.
• Collaborate to improve quality of life and independence.
• Review behavioral staff reports and plans.
• Interdisciplinary team assessments and interventions.
• Assist health providers in recognizing behavioral issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Option 1: BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Option 2: MSW or graduate student in psychology, counseling, social work, etc.
• 2+ years in designing and implementing behavior modification for adults.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field (or current student).
• Strong analytical, administrative and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.
