📋 Description

  • Coordinate services including individual finances, activities, behavioral supports, healthcare
  • Assist supervisors with maintaining consistency in programming, staff communication, and overall
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and support
  • Support implementation of behavior support plans, treatment plans, functional assessments, and
  • Provide direct support and hands-on care during assigned shifts, including personal cares and daily

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • Basic computer skills
  • Two years’ experience delivering behavioral health services
  • One year lead experience in residential services or a two-year degree in a related field
  • Ability to support individuals with significant mental health symptoms
