Mental Health Coordinator II / Lead Mental Health Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide leadership, coordination, and direct support in a residential setting
• Coordinate services: finances, activities, programs, supports, education, healthcare, nutrition
• Assist supervisor to maintain consistent programming and communication
• Create and manage staff schedules
• Implement and support behavior and person-centered plans
• Travel within a designated region to support programs

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Minimum of three years’ experience delivering behavioral health services
• Basic computer skills
• At least one year of lead staff experience in residential services or demonstrated leadership
• Experience supporting individuals with significant mental health symptoms
