Mental Health Program Director (MHPD)

📋 Description

• Coordinate and supervise 1–2 residential programs for individuals with behavioral and mental health
• Oversee training and supervision of mental health specialists
• Develop, implement, coordinate, and monitor program activities to high standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of supervising programs for behavioral/serious mental health needs
• A 4-year degree in behavioral science or related field (preferred)
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Current auto liability insurance and reliable transportation
• Designated Manager status per 245D licensing
